yoga can help! LifeForce® Yoga was developed by Amy Weintraub, author of the book "Yoga for Depression."
In addition to yoga postures, this method uses breathing techniques, guided visualizations and affirmations, tones and
gestures that regulate the emotions and balance and clear the chakras. The workshop is suited to practitioners of

times at night to go to the bathroom, or feeling spacey and out of control of your emotions, you may be dealing with a
lack of strength and stability in your pelvis and lower chakras. The pelvic floor supports everything above it, and
the pelvis is the location of the 1st and 2nd chakras, which form the base for our sense of safety in the world and our
emotional stability & creativity. This workshop will give you tools to develop awareness, muscular strength
and stability in the pelvis, pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles and to stabilize and strengthen the lower chakras.
